I’m Agata, founder of Strong Through Motherhood and the coach behind Mom Strength Club. I’m a certified coach specializing in pregnancy + postpartum strength training, and I believe you deserve workouts that meet you where you are—without feeling like you have to push through symptoms to keep up.
I’m also a mom of two boys (2 years and 3 months), and before babies I competed in powerlifting and bodybuilding.
What makes this different from a typical stroller workout?
A lot of stroller classes lean heavily into jumping and high-impact. For many pregnant and postpartum moms, that’s often when leaking or pelvic heaviness/pressure shows up. In Mom Strength Club, we focus on full-body strength with a pregnancy/postpartum lens. If it doesn’t feel right, we choose movements that keep the workout effective while supporting your body.
